Orders
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required. Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. For pickup orders, please collect your order at the indicated time and location.
Cancellation and Refunds
Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Liability
We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and allergen information. However, we are not liable for any adverse reactions. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
